Netiquette in mailing lists
I've begun using mailing list for requesting support and notifying bugs in some open source projects. I am quite new to this "old" thing, so I don't know which is the netiquette. In particular I have a silly doubt: should I thank all the replies to my questions? Will this unnecessarly increase the "noise" in the mailing list? Thanks ;)

ReplyDeleteGood question. Personally thanking people for responses to your questions is engaging. Most people appreciate it when someone writes thank you. It's good netiquette. However, it can be a time consuming task that many people feel is unnecessary. The choice is yours.
